makes working out fun again
Makes my grandchildren want to spend more time with me…
I tried WII fit and this is like that on steroids! heehee – It’s such a fun social activity and its 100% better than sitting on your butt. (I like the currect title)
Youre on my blog http://crownthequeen.blogspot.com/2009/04/giveaway-ea-sports.html
I love exergaming because it is fun and gets me moving.
I love Wii fit because I can track results and challenge myself to beat a previous record. This looks even better. (Although I do hate the Wii Fit board nagging at me, even nagging to remember my mother’s birthday!)
I’d like to see an Exergame that incorporates dancing into a game. I love my Wii and the EA Sports Active would be a great addition.
I love exergaming, it keeps me motivated, I get bored easily with the ‘routine’ of excercise, I can tell that this would offer me the variety and fun I need to keep me ‘in the game’/motivated. I’d simply call this genre of gaming ‘FitFun’ Our Wii has become the center of family game night.
I like exergaming because it’s more fun than just sitting there doing the same workout tapes day after day, and because it adds a healthy element to gaming.
I like exergaming (neat word) because I can do it in the privacy of my own home. I don’t like to go to the gym at all. I also like it because I can do it with my husband and daughter, it is fun, and it is a great addition to the workout DVDs that we already have. Thanks!
Exergame sound like fun. I love going to the gym but with the kids sports starting up again it makes it harder to go. This would be a great way to keep it up at home.
so helps me get motivated
I love challenging myself and this will control my challenge.
Exergames are exactly why I got Wii for the family. It is fun and interactive and can sometimes be a really goo workout!
sounds like a great way to get in shape for this summer.
I like what you said about the personal trainer: “A virtual personal trainer gives detailed instructions for each exercise, as well as feedback on your form.” I think it’s really cool to have a virtual personal trainer in your own home! :) Thanks for the awesome reveiw. I was wondering about this game…
I just subscribed as: katygmorris at gmail dot com (my non-work email address). Thanks!
I don’t know what there is about the exergaming but my whole family loves it! From bowling to boxing, everyone plays and everyone gets involved, from the great gramma to the little kids. Yay for the Wii.
Wooo Hooo Make me a winner!
It can make the monotony of exercise fun
My DH and I have been planning to buy Wii fit but you post changed all that! Great info!

I like how it holds you accountable for the days you miss without making you feel too bad.
I think exergaming brings the fun into working out.
any motivation to move is great.
I need all the help I can get.
Sounds fun and interesting. I wasn’t all that interested in the Wii fit,but this sounds alot more interesting.
Anything that makes my heart race! Thanks for a great giveaway =)

You can do it in the privacy of your own home.
I love exergaming because it’s like having fun, but getting a work out. Hubby and I both discussed how the Wii allows you to have fun while getting a work out – so it no longer seems like exercise – but it is!
I subscribed to your blog – brandyellen@happilyblended.com
Exergaming is fun, because it breaks up the routine of my regular workout
its sounds fun
I got really excited about the utilization of resistance bands.
I like exergaming because I can challenge my children and partner and we all get healthier.

exergaming can be done in pants and a t-shirt — no special expensive workout clothes!

I like exergaming because I can do it whenever I want to and at my own speed.
it’s a social activity PLUS an awesome workout!!

Of course I like it because it is fun, but the main reason I like it is because I can do it in my own home. I can wear my rattiest workout clothes and concentrate on the workout and not what everyone is thinking of me! Thanks for the chance!

I love that you can track your results over time. That really motivating because sometimes it’s hard to see the changes yourself! Thanks!

I find that exergaming is a fun way to get exercise! :)
I love exergaming because its fun, easy and effective!
Before when I used to game, the only exercise I’d get was when I’d throw my controller across the room, and stand up swearing, when I was at a particularly unfair, or hard part of a game. I think max, that burns 1 calorie. This totally would be a better workout. As long as there’s not some stupid board boss that keeps delivering cheap moves. Yeah.
I like the variety and that it is more fun than a video
its the whole reason i got a wii! I like it because its interactive, fun and doesn’t feel like your doing something good for you
