One thing I like about exergaming is that it combines two things in one, what a time saver, I love those!

I love it because I live out in the country and far away from a gym and I have allergies, so it makes doing anything outside impossible

    I like this:
“…more than 20 different exercises, each available in dizzying degrees of difficulty and length, you can create nearly unlimited workouts. And, you can have them increase in intensity as you progress.”

I’m a Personal Trainer, and the obesity rate in the US really concerns me. So it would be great if teens and adults could burn a few calories while playing video games.

They have to work on a game with deeper variety. After a couple months, you’re doing the same things over and over. At least give us some cheap add on’s to them!

    Thanks!

Exergaming has been a real godsend for those who either can’t afford a full-time gym membership (like me) and those who prefer to work out in the comfort of the home (also like me!). I’ve been enjoying my Wii fit so much for the variety and high novelty factor it’s added to my daily exercise regime, and I’m eager to check out the new EA Sports Active game for even more of a physical challenge. Thanks for the giveaway!

That game looks cool. I like exergaming. It is fun to ‘exercise’ this way. It doesn’t feel like work. I don’t have to leave my house. I can go at my own pace. It is an easy way to burn some calories instead of just sitting on the couch.
