I’ve already given you a peek at the gorgeous Nemo pool at Disney’s new Art of Animation Resort. But as nice as it is, the real highlight belongs to the beautiful guest rooms which are designed to sleep up to six people. The Art of Animation Resort is a value resort, but you won’t feel that way once you step foot in the guest rooms, each of which is
This is the master bedroom. Cute, right?
Check out that adorable starfish. The starfish in Nemo is named Peach, but I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be the same one.
The bureau is cute – there’s Marlin and Nemo, as well as Mr. Ray.
Everything in the suite retains the theme, even the light fixtures. I just love these “bubble” lights.
The master bath has a shower with glass doors that looks like it’s raining.
And a cute porthole mirror with the reminder that “fish are friends.”
I’m just going to be honest that it took every ounce of self-control to not sneak one of these shampoo bottles into my pocket. I love the Mickey ears cap.
This is the living room area. Check out the carpet. Feels like you’re under the sea, right?
This is a pull-out sofa that can sleep two people. See the smiling school of fish wall art?
The Nemo Suite has a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and sink. Still under the sea…
This is the “guest” bathroom. Kids are either going to fall in love, or be scared to death to take a bath!
This is my favorite part of the suite. Disney always manages to work in some magic and this is pretty cool. There’s a dining room table, perfectly themed to fit in the Nemo Suite.
But wait! The dining room table converts into a bed with a sweet sleeping Marlon and Nemo headboard. This is the third bed in the suite.
Another peek at the headboard, which I think is darling.
Want to see this very cool Murphy bed in action? Here you go:
And lastly, another school of fish decorate the walls in the shape of a turtle.
The Nemo suites at the Disney Art of Animation Resort are beautiful and playful at the same time, and they’re bound to enchant the whole family.
Disclosure: We attended the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration at our own expense, but conference fees included highly discounted lodging, park entrance, meals, and other benefits. There was no promise of a positive review and the opinions contained in this post are my own.
Aren’t you SUPPOSED to take the shampoos? ;-)
Kerry,
It’s one thing to take the shampoo when you’re staying in the room. It’s another thing to nab it during a media tour! ;)
OOOHHHH!! I didn’t realize you were on a tour. Good call.
