Weight Loss on a Budget–Chat with Dr. James Anderson

I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions about losing weight. It’s too easy and too depressing to fall off the wagon and revert to your old habits. I do believe in making small changes every day that have a positive impact on your health and life as a whole. If you can maintain those small changes, you can slowly create the person you want to be. That said, I like information and I like adding to the tools I have available to make those small changes successful.

I’m pleased to be co-hosting a chat today with Dr. James Anderson, author of The Simple Diet: A Doctor’s Science-Based Plan. He’s going to talk about losing weight in a budget-friendly way.   1. Well…….. I agree – making it a new years resolution for me is just an excuse to wait till next year when you fall off the wagon – but my problem have always been eating too fast (Does not matter what I eat)…. I can’t get enough, as my brain does not even realize it started eating even though I’m already done eating…
    the worst thing about it I end up too full and uncomfortable

    I just stumbled across this and, Are you sick and tired of fad diets and over-hyped weight loss programs that promise a lot and fail to deliver? Given the myriad of diet programs out there, it can be difficult sorting the wheat from the chaff.
