Internet on the Go with a Verizon Jetpack MiFi
I travel regularly for work, and, as a mom, I also spend a lot of time waiting for hockey practice, gymnastics practice, doctor’s appointments… I love my smartphone, but it’s not practical for heavy correspondence or other writing tasks. Enter the Verizon Wireless Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi. The Jetpack allows you connect multiple devices (laptop, tablet, etc.) to the Internet using your Verizon Wireless data plan.
Verizon has a few models available. I spent some time with the 4620LE and put together a quick tour so you can see how easy it is to set up and use.
You can add the Jetpack devices to your Share Everything plan ($20 monthly line access) and you and your family can have Internet access wherever you go. As long as there is mobile service, of course. The 4620LE retails for $269.99, but is just $99.99 with a 2-year contract. Keep an eye out for other special offers (at time of writing, it’s just $49.99 with the contract).
Disclosure: We received a loan unit with service for review purposes. There was no additional compensation and the opinions contained in this post are my own.

We have one of these at work, also from Verizon. Ours is a bit older (no digital display, last year’s 4G model). It works great and the speeds are phenomenal. Instant wifi hotspot! The battery life is impressive too.
Hey! I just would like to give a huge thumbs up for the
good information you have right here on this post. I
will probably be coming back to your weblog for extra soon.
“Howdy would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!”
