The Shoes We Wore Puzzle from Ceaco Supports One Fund Boston

One of my favorite ways to pass an evening while on vacation is to put together a jigsaw puzzle with my family. We do it every year. Now, puzzles make me think of warm summer days and gathering together. For many Bostonians, this is the same feeling that Patriots Day and the Boston Marathon evoke… a start to the relaxing days of summer. Sadly, the bombings this year ensured that many families will never see that day the same way again. The One Fund Boston has been raising money to help those families heal physically and emotionally from the events on April 5, 2013.

Ceaco, a Newton-based company that makes jigsaw puzzles and games, has created a special limited-edition puzzle in honor of Boston in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombing. The puzzle features the now iconic Boston Magazine photo entitled, “The Shoes We Wore.” The image is a beautiful reminder of how Bostonians and our friends came together to refuse to let violence win.

The 550-piece puzzle has a suggested retail price of $10 and Ceaco is donating 100% of its proceeds to The One Fund Boston. The puzzle is entirely made in Massachusetts.

You can find the puzzle on Ceaco’s website, or at local retailers.
