A Christmas Story, The Musical Comes to Boston–Discount Code and a Ticket Giveaway!
A Christmas Story is an iconic holiday memory for many of us that has seeped into our culture over time. “You’ll shoot your eye out!” is just one of the many lines and images that have taken hold. Now it’s coming in musical form to the Citi Wang Theatre and I’ve got a family four-pack of tickets to give away for opening night on November 20 at 7:30 PM.
A Christmas Story, The Musical, co-produced by the movie’s original Ralphie , Peter Billingsley, brings all of the favorite film moments to life, including a triple-dog dare, a leg lamp, pink bunny pajamas, and the grouchy Santa Claus. It runs from November 20-December 8 at the Citi Wang Theatre in Boston. It stars many of the original Broadway cast, including Dan Lauria, John Bolton, Erin Dilly, and Caroline O’Connor.
In case opening night doesn’t work for you, or you’re not the lucky winner, I’ve got an offer for 15% using the code LEGLAMP. You can find the discount offer through this link.
To win, let me know what your dream present was as a child and make sure to enter through the Rafflecopter widget. There are more chances to win from other Boston Parent Bloggers.
Disclosure: We will receive tickets to the performance. No other compensation is provided. There was no promise of a positive review and the opinions contained in this post are my own.

My dream christmas present as a child was a mr potato head toy
Milky the Cow. Or else a huge pile of books, which I got one year. Best Christmas ever!!
My dream present was an alarm clock with a built in cassette player and an Olivia Newton-John cassette tape.
I loved getting my Mrs Beasley doll!
Dream present as a child was a horse! I always wanted to go horseback riding. While pony rides were one thing, finally got to really go horseback riding when I was a teenager. And found out I was crazy allergic!
My favorite Christmas present as a child was, Barbie’s Townhouse!
A huge tin of Italian pasta!
My favorite Christmas present as a child… Well, the year was 1981, (don’t do the math, I was 11) It was almost as if the gift was calling my name from under the tree. Beautifully wrapped in shiny paper with a hang tag that read: To: Kathy Love: Santa…before I ripped into it, I prayed it was what I asked for…and IT WAS…a Caleco tabletop Pac-Man game…I freaked out!! Waca-waca-waca!!! ;)
Has the winner been decided?
Funny you should ask. Check your email… =}
