Follow along with Mike and Sulley as they experience the highs and lows of college life, make new friends, and get into some sticky situations. The digital book has plenty of interactive spots and even some video clips from the movie. And keep your eye out for collectibles along the way! The story is a sweet one and the characters are just as lovable as in the original movie.
In the end, MU students can play five games to test their scaring abilities. The games all require dodging a series of obstacles by turning your device. Characters can movie along the floor, walls, and ceiling to sneak past books, toys, and other objects. The games seem overly challenging, although kids in the target age of 6-10 may not mind. I have failed every single time I have played. You can earn some cute collectible “cards” if you win, but no one in our family has earned any yet. These are not for the weak at heart!
Our bottom line is to get this one for the story and not for the games. We’d like to see a few different types of games, rather than variations on the same mode. Still, the story is really cute and we could watch Archie the pig run around all day!
